Maureen Stitz has led a successful executive search business, and has been onboarding key talent for organizations for more than 12 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech and medical devices verticals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, MBA and is a Certified Executive Coach at the PCC level with the ICF.
Maureen's personal and professional experience gives her a unique perspective and understanding of her clients' needs. She spent almost two decades in the global healthcare industry, in progressively responsible roles starting in sales at Wyeth, and including Sales and Marketing Director and General Manager in both pharmaceutical and medical device top tier companies, GSK and Beiersdorf Jobst. Deeply rooted understanding of her clients and empathy for their aspirations drives her Executive Search practice. Coaching differentiates her to the candidate and client customers, with a top ambassador bridging key talent to great company opportunities.
